You do not need to prepare a long explanation. The most useful information is practical: the documents, the person, the address, the deadline, and anything that could affect access or safety.

Have the complete papers that are ready to be served, including any summons, notices, attachments, or instructions issued with them.
Person and address information
Provide the full name, best known address, possible work address if relevant, and any other identifying or location details you already have.
Court and deadline information
Include the court or jurisdiction, case number if available, hearing date, return date, or other deadline shown on the paperwork.
